Y. I. Ponomarev at the First Bus Park Museum
Yakov Ivanovich Ponomarev was born on December 25, 1920. By chance, having started creating the Leningrad Motor Transport Museum in the 1970s, he conducted a comprehensive study on the work of civilian vehicles, including buses, on the Road of Life. He has collected memoirs of those events’ participants. Y. I. Ponomarev died on August 10, 2000.
